01 A complete picture
02 An individual plan
03 An ongoing partnership
FOUR PATHWAYS. ONE PERSONAL APPROACH.
Where would you like to begin?
Choose a pathway to explore.
You don’t need all the answers yet.
Your goals may overlap. Your care can, too. A consultation helps clarify which concerns to address first.
A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY
See how the pathways compare.
Choose any two to see their focus,
evaluation, and possible next steps.
Every pathway begins with an individual evaluation. Testing and treatment depend on your history, symptoms, goals, and clinical needs.
HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE
A person first.
A plan second.
You deserve to be heard and to understand the reasons behind your care. We bring your story and clinical information together, then refine your plan with you.
- 01
Listen to your story.
Your symptoms, history, priorities, and what better health looks like in your life.
- 02
Look at the full picture.
A medical evaluation, with labs and body composition assessment when relevant.
- 03
Build your plan. Refine together.
Clear recommendations, ongoing support, and adjustments based on your response.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few things
you may be wondering.
Do I need to choose the right program before booking?
No. Choose the pathway that feels closest to your goals, or book a consultation to talk through where to begin. Your evaluation helps shape the plan.
Does choosing a program mean I’ll receive medication?
No. Medication and hormone therapy are considered only when clinically appropriate after an individual evaluation. Your plan may also include nutrition, movement, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring your main concerns and goals, your medication and supplement list, relevant health history, and recent lab results if available. You do not need to have everything figured out.
