We want you to understand how care works, what is included, and what to expect before scheduling your consultation.
Cash-Pay Care
Wellvita Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for consultations or clinic services.
Major payment methods and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Certain prescriptions may still be eligible for insurance coverage through your pharmacy, depending on the medication and your plan.
Your First Consultation
We begin by reviewing your symptoms, goals, health history, medications, previous treatment, and current concerns.
Recommendations are made after a clinical evaluation. Booking a consultation does not automatically mean medication or treatment will be prescribed.
Initial Labs + Pricing
For Medical Weight Optimization and Hormone Optimization, the initial consultation package is $325.
This includes the initial consultation, a comprehensive laboratory panel, and an InBody 580 body-composition scan. Medications and follow-up laboratory testing are separate.
In-Person + Virtual Care
In-person visits are available at Wellvita Health in Crookston, Minnesota.
Virtual care is available for eligible patients located in Minnesota and North Dakota when clinically and legally appropriate.
